Yomassage was founded on the belief that everyone deserves access to therapeutic touch.
The Ýo’ in Yomassage is based on the principle of Yoga. The combination of touch, gentle stretch and mindfulness provide an avenue for relaxation and healing.
Yomassage classes are kept small so each client receives individual attention from their therapist.
Clients can expect a warm room with mood lighting and soft music. Everything will be provided for you, so there is no need to bring anything. Yomassage classes are suitable for all levels, no experience required.

What is YoMassage?

A luxurious and relaxing experience that allows clients to receive massage in a small group setting. Yomassage combines mindfulness, supported positions, and therapeutic touch all in one class.

Small Classes

Offered in a safe, fully clothed, small group setting.
Classes are 2-6 people
Everything is provided. Just bring some comfy clothes and some water

I have been to yomassage 3 times now and I love it! Being pregnant it’s hard to do mainstream yoga and massages are sure not what they used to be either! It’s great to have a modality that combines both is safe, cost effective and obviously very relaxing when you are mentally preparing yourself for birth and parenthood! Recommend lovely Michelle for teaching and the yomassage experience to all! X

Michelle and her team do a wonderful job of ensuring you get the most from your session. One class a week has helped reduce hip & shoulder pain for me.
